Worry about death
Hello. Im 28year old female. From past one year there is alot happening in my life. Last year my cousin sister husband died because of colon cancer, from that time im thinking like what if i got cancer? What if i die? What will my daughter do( my daughter is affected with ASD and non verbal). Like this so many questions and worrying about my future and my daughter future( coz she needs me). For example , if i have ear pain im thinking like i have ear cancer. Something is there in my nose from 5 years and im always thinking about that, and what if it turns to cancer. Small swelling in throat and i checked with doctor also they did neck ultrasound and comes everything normal, even though it is normal im thinking what if it turns to cancer. Sometimes i have constipated and bloating feeling and then my mind is going to colon cancer. If i hear anything about cancer im shivering alot and crying like im also going to get cancer. My weight is 82kgs. Not able to focus on weight loss also.
