Asked for Female, 22 Years

I've been experiencing very stinky urine for months now. On top of that, this morning Im assuming what I saw was straight mucus instead of stool, then normal stool from what I saw. My stomach feels a little bloated. And I don't think I'm pooping regularly. I want to know if I'm just freaking out and to wait it out a bit. Or to get help ASAP. please help
