Worm infection
Thire is big worm in my intestine I got to know this when I saw worm going back during passing of stool I would like to get medication for this sometimes I bleed blood in stools abdominal discomfort is present sometimes I eat more due to hungar kindly help me

Worms are quite a frequent problem in our country. Deworming medications can available and they can be taken (after consulting your physician). Abdominal pain and discomfort may be a result of the worms.
Next Steps
You can get a stool for R/E and OPC (ova, parasite,cyst) done. A hemoglobin can be done as worm infestation may be a frequent cause of anaemia.

Despite the deworming therapy, if the pain is persistent, you may need to visit a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
