Hi, are you anemic? If you are then you need to take a good diet rich in iron and vitamins, like jaggery, dry fruits. Please get your haemoglobin value checked, and then the doctor will give you some supplements. Since you are in the post menopausal age group, you may also need to take calcium supplements.

Hello there. What's your Hb value? All the complains are consistent with anemia and other micronutrient deficiency. Take a high protein diet and protein supplement like b protein powder. If you can, take one egg daily. Have lots of greens and fruits. One apple daily. Tab. Livogen-z one tablet for a month after food. Tab. Shelcal HD one tablet after food and tab. D3 must 60k to be chewed every alternate day for 15 days. Take in foods which are high in iron. Avoid antacids, tea/coffee, carbonated beverages. One glass of milk everyday and sit in the sun for atleast 20 minutes a day. Drink lots of water. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
