Wokeup wid Blood in mouth
This morning, when I spat what I thought was saliva first thing in the wash basin, it showed blood (about 5ml, along with saliva). There was some blood on the tongue too, and some of it was thick (perhaps clotted?). Apart from having a glass of wine before going to bed last night, I did nothing unusual - no injury, but there's been some emotional stress lately. No signs of pain/injury on the tongue or elsewhere.
Please suggest what to do.

Please see a doctor immediately before you have bleeding again which could be worse than this bleeding. We need to find out the cause for the bleeding by examining and doing investigations. Don't neglect.
