Weight: 200 height:5’7” age:19 I took 2-3 Xanax for week 1 ,one very day. Then I started taking 4-5 a day for the second week. I quit cold turkey after the second week. So first sober day was the following Monday after the second week. I didn’t notice anything wrong until Saturday of the week I started being sober. It was pretty bad, but it calmed to a minor headache and just being tired during week 2 . My question is can I still follow through with going cold turkey? Currently still on week 2
