Wholebody weakness + pain
Dear Doctors, i stand at 98kg and 5.5ft. I was very well fine and active since June 2016. Post then had got involved on a diet advised by my physician and that was purely based on liquid, fruits and veggies. Well to appreciate i lost over 10 pounds in the very first month, and the result was a great evidence when seen physically. As i couldn't continue the diet regime after one month, i started migrating to my normal Indian Diet. After 2 months i've started noticing a serious change in me. My hands started to shiver when i hold a coffee cup, unable to active, i feel very lazy, intention to sleep more, over dullness, chronic body pain, chronic knee and leg pain (in-specific), tend to forget things immediately, muscles seem to be very loose both in arms and leg. I've been taking some multi-vitamin tab and calcium tab as recommended by GP, but still i'm unable to recover out of it. I have this habit of masturbating sometimes 4 times or twice a week. Can you help me out of this problem?

Hello You should start with gymming exs as I feel u were on strict diet where you used to have healthy food and then u stopped it,  so you should balance your diet and exs simultaneously as only carbs intake will make you more lazy so increase protein intake and start with good strengthening side by side
Next Steps
Do not think too much about your pain just enjoy your exercise and whatever your doing,  try to avoid Acidity and better to have something every 2 hr.. Do not stay hungry
Health Tips
Follow good diet plan with exercise your all complaints will be taken care of
