White lump with puss in scrotum

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have white lump with puss developed in the scrotum or the testicles area since 3 months . Pepper burn feeling in the anus,penis and testicles.similar kind of white lump developed in the mouth and tongue and gums sticks to each other while a sleep or close my mouth for 30 mins like a gum.
