White Discharge
I have been suffering from white discharge which produces bad odour. Which is watery and am not married. I travel 4 hours daily to my work.

LEUCORRHOEA Leukorrhea or (leucorrhoea British English) is a thick, whitish or yellowish vaginal discharge CAUSES Unprotected sexual contact lack of nutrients Poor hygiene Injuries to the cervix or any of the tissues in the reproductive system during pregnancy Urinary tract infection Other infections due to the presence of bacteria or fungi Irritation due to contraceptives that are inserted into the vagina Irritation due to external contraceptive used by either partners Diabetes or anemia TYPES ACCORDING TO CAUSE. 1.PHYSIOLOGICAL LEUCORRHOEA. - Hyper Esterogen secretion -Pregnancy. 2.PATHOLOGICAL LEUCORRHOEA -Infections like parasitic  yeast  infections Candidiasis,Moniliasis -Sexually Transmitted diseases like gonorrhea etc. 3.INFLAMMATORY LEUCORRHOEA -intrauterine contraceptive devices like Copper T. -Pre Menstruation . DIET AND LIFE STYLE FOR LEUCORRHOEA Avoid heavy, oily, fried, spicy, and sour foods. Tea, coffee, alcohol, aerated drinks and non-vegetarian food should also be avoided. Chewing betel nuts after meals is very helpful. Increase intake of fruits, vegetables, and salads. Increase liquids in the diet, such as water, soup, milk and juice. These help to flush out the top. Maintain proper hygiene. Wash undergarments with an antibiotic solution, and let them dry under the sun. Do not watch or read anything that could be sexually stimulating. HOME REMEDIES Make a douche (Vaginal wash)from 2-3 tsp fenugreek seeds by boiling it in a 1 liter of water. After it starts boiling, keep it on low flame for about half an hour then filter it and use it. Take 1 teaspoon of powdered asparagus root with 1 teaspoon of honey twice a day. Boil 3 tablespoons of rice in 3 cups of water in an open pan. Remove the rice by straining the water. Drink the water lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of sugar (preferably unrefined sugar) in it. Have this once a day. Take 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, soak it in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. Continue this for a week. AYURVEDIC REMEDIES. 1.Pushyanuga Churna 2.Ashok Lodra decocction. 3.Sphatika Vaginal Douche. NOTE -TREATMENT DEPENDS UPON THE UNDERLINED CAUSE. This condition is called leucorrhea its bacterial infection you should take precautions Maintains hygiene Avoid wearing wet underwear Wipe the part with clean towel Avoid acidic food like pickle
