Patient Age is 58 yrs Diagnosed with. periampullary carcinoma with obstructive jaundice doctor advised for WHIPPLE SURGERY stunting done bilirubin at present 15.0 total 12.9 direct Earlier Doctor were saying let the bilirubin come down then they will carry outthe surgery But now even if the billirubin is 15.... Doctors are suggesting to carry operation at the earliest What will you suggest Dictor What could be th success rate with this billrubin level Regards
