Hello, first of all the qualities u r looking have to be inculcated no dogs are born with it take any breed. If we talk about large breeds like labs nd doberman thn they require daily exercise not wen they r young but once they grow up..rest all other things come with gud training and all of this requires your involvement so if you have enough empty hours to manage large breeds go for it. Bt if you take my suggestion since you r living in a flat thn go for small breeds they neither require exercise nor much training and easily get adjusted in the family as well...like pugs, poms, French bull dogs, Lhasa apso or even medium sized dogs like cocker spaniels can be better choices.
