When to do fsh and lh tests

I have irregular periods since 4 months. Since 4months, my period is getting delayed by 10 to 12 days. My last period date is 14th of March. This time as my period is delayed for more than 15 days, I prescribed to take deviry 10mg tablets for 5 days and suggested for fsh and lh tests. Can I do my fsh and lh when my period starts soon after taking deviry tablets or should I wait for my second period which would be almost 45 days after deviry to get my fsh and lh done? When we do fsh and lh test on second day of period (which is soon after deviry tablets), I got to know that tests would be inaccurate and asked me to wait till 45 days. Please advise.
