Whats happening to me?

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am suffering from nausea n dizziness since more than two weeks and i am on Bp tabs met xl 12.5 also was on nexito 10mg but I stopped it 10days back and i feel i will faint can you help i feel oxygen isn't reaching my brain or my sugar level might be high coz am having sgr any way unable to figur sugg me all tests
