Hi.i am a 17 years old boy.i workout almost everyday.but i cant loose weight.my aim is to loose weight and build muscle.but i think all the hardwork i have done in the gym became useless no change came to my body.why cant i loose weight especially from my stomach.please give me some suggestions?

do more of cardio workout and core exercises ,do it 5 days a week at least for 6months constant, then you will find good charges in your body
