Weakness, dizziness
I am 39 year old unmarried girl, currently weigh 43-44kg, height 5,3". Since past 6 months i have some stress regarding my brother health as he suffered from dengue , meningitis though receovered now. But currently i am facing health issue such as weakness , dizziness since past 3-4 days. I even felt stomach filled like. I feel like sleepy during daytime as well though i used to complete sleep for 8-9 hours at night. please suggest for me
