Weakness and spots

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have been feeling a little weak for the past 2 days with mild fever and headache. This morning i woke up to find red spots (not painful) all over my chest and stomach and also some spots on arms and legs. I dont have fever as such but i dont feel 100% fit. What could be the cause and solutions? Thank you in advance.
