Watery bump & ulcer
Recently a day ago I devolved a watery bump inside my mouth few inches away from my lips along with little rashes like painful ulcer both corner of my lips... whenever I am opening my mouth it feels like tearing my lips... do I have any reason to get scare of this... Please tell me what is this all about...

By watery bump you may be describing a watery vesicle. If this problem is not relating to any history of hot food or liquid intake then it might be a matter of getting checked up by a dermatologist/stomatologist. There are various skin conditions which are associated with oral blisters. So it's better to visit a dermatologist for the same.
