Wasp sting
I got stung by a wasp at my job, and a day later it got swollen and itchy, I don't have insurance to go to the doctor . I've soaked my feet in hot water and salt it helped a little but not really. Any suggestions???

I can understand your concern.
Firstly get a insurance as soon as possible.
What if you had a severe reaction to the wasp sting?
Would you still be posting here for solutions or you would have gone to a doctor near you?
Tab. Levocetrizine can be taken Twice a day and tab. Paracetamol twice a day for two days.
