Want to try dry cupping method
I am 19 year old boy. Was working out from 17 yrs had to leave workout for a year for studies. Now i have joined college gym but fatigue and muscle soreness is too much gets relieved with a hot water bath but not possible everydat. One of my friend suggested cupping method. So want to try this out

you should start your gym training everyday with a proper warm up routine with gentle skipping ,shoulder range of motion exercises with no weights and then u should start with regular routine and end with cool down exercises like treadmill or elliptical cross trainer.
Next Steps
cupping is not advisable ,instead go for ice pack application and gentle self stretching of major muscles like quadriceps, hamstrings, calf muscles,triceps and lattismus
Health Tips
avoid massaging or cupping on sore muscles which would increase the soreness
