Want to loose wait
Ht:5'3 wt:70 have no time to maintain diet n exercise,I mostly consume rice,oily food and hav to eat belly full food because I hav a 8 month baby!by which my thighs and abdominal portion increased!I don't have adequate sleep too,kindly suggest how do I loose my excessive fat.

you will need exercise. Morning walks would be quite helpful for you. Try and learn some belly reducing exercise and do them whenever you get time.
