I used to talk 2 hours per day on my mobile and I have a android phone. Is there any harm on me to access use of my phone. Please suggest me

Well... long term use of phone does have effects due to radiation and all..as well as the heating of the phone. But these are all long term effects.. Everyone is aware about the pros and cons of technology... There is no life threatening harm on you as of now
