Walking problem
I met with a doctor for Balance problem and cant stand still i feel virtigo.doctor sad i have vitamin b12 deficiency. He gave medicine neurobion forte,monobe(thiamine) and multi vitamin. i am taking from last 22 days but probelm is decrease but still i have probelm. how much time will it take to fully cure.my vitamin B12 test report was 193.plz help
