Vomiting sensation
When I travel by car n sit in a/c or back side of the car seat I feel like vomiting and when I go to any shop and see things continously I feel giddiness n vomiting sensation.

This is a case of motion sickness or gastrointestinal motility disorder. You should consult any physician physically,as your problems need to be assessed and clinically examined for writing treatment plan.
