Vitamin D deficiency
In my blood test the level of vitamin D 25 hydroxy came out to be 11.40 ng/ml. What should I do now?

hello, kindly consult a doctor of your locality because your vitD levels are way too low. this may lead to softening of bones and bone tenderness may arise. normally we get vit D by exposure to sunlight before 10 am in th e morning but your levels needs supplementation. thank you
