I can understand your concern.
The most beautiful thing about vitamin D3 is that it can be synthesised in your body itself.
You just need to get adequate sun exposure.
Just get adequate sun exposure for about 20 minutes a day with at least 20 percent of the body surface area exposed.
Cooking oils are also coming with vitamin d fortified in them now a days.
But its very less.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks to be chewed.
Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
Hey, Sensible sun exposure, especially between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm produces vitamin D in the skin that may last twice as long in the blood compared with ingested vitamin D.
Foods thought to contain high amounts of vitamin D3 are oily fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and blue fish, as well as fortified milk and other dairy products.
After correction of their vitamin D status with oral vitamin D, patients should have a repeat test of their 25(OH)D level to confirm that they are in the normal range.
Hello natural way of getting vitamin D is being exposed to the morning sunlight for at least about 20 minutes in a day apart from this the supplements are calcitriol sachets or vitamin d 3 sachets....try any of them for 6 weeks...apart from that even calcium supplements usually are combined with vitamin d...thank you
Hello there...I can understand your concern. you can take tablet uprise d3 60000 IU, one tablet every week for 8 weeks for vitamin d3 deficiency. Also try to go out more in the sunlight and ear more nutritious foods. If you have any symptoms like joint or bony pain, then kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation.
