I can understand your concern.
The most beautiful thing about vitamin D3 is that it can be synthesised in your body itself.
You just need to get adequate sun exposure.
Just get adequate sun exposure for about 20 minutes a day with at least 20 percent of the body surface area exposed.
Cooking oils are also coming with vitamin d fortified in them now a days.
But its very less.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks to be chewed.
