Vit d3 vit b12 issue
3 month back my friend did test result B12-253 n D3- 13ng/ml. After taking D3 60 k shot n b12 injection one n week for 2 month now current level is B12-1066 n D3-56 now level comes ok. Is starting due to deficiency of vit my friend feel very tired n fatigue not able to do heavy work for long time now its good bt not relief 100% energetic little problem r still so my question behalf of him are 1.can he take more d3 shot n b12 injection continues one in month or ones in 15 days or ones in week?? 2. B12 level comes very high when he did 2nd time blood test it is due to that bc he give his blood sample after just taking b12 injection after 5 days plz give me proper advice????

No need to take vit D injections. He can take oral Vit D3 in the dose of 60k per month. Hypervitaminosis is harmful. B12 can also be taken orally as Methyl cobalamin

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I have already answered rhis question but anyways, Tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks should be enough. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
