From last 7 days suffering from running nose, bodyache, fever,cold n cough.
Taken levocetrizine n cefixime also dextromethorphan syp.
Bt no relief, kindly suggest some other medicines.

Drinking fluid and salt water gurgle will surely help you but that will have temporary relief ,for permanent relief from common cold and cough there is treatment only in homoeopathy .
