Very_slim_digestive_issue
She is very slim. She had jaundice and its Gilbert's syndrome.She has digestive problem and has constipition. She want to fix these issue and gain some weight. Please suggest.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Gilbert syndrome means that there is some genetic issue in which you produce a bit more of unconjugated bilirubin and that gives slight jaundice. Usually not harmful. Have a high protein diet and have frequent large meals you will be fine. To increase the weight you need to take in more calories than you burn in a day . consult a gastroenterologist for further management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
