Very mild bleeding after medical abortio

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm 6 weeks pregnant I had medical abortion yesterday... One medicine was given oral and other was intravaginal... I didn't bleed heavy, it is very mild than normal mensural period. I'm very much concerned... Why I'm not bleeding heavy like other women? I'm 27 years old and I already have a baby of 11 months and it was a c-section.
