Very low count of VitB12
Recently I am suffering from suddenn head shock. Neurologist advised for MRI and VitB12 test. Scan report was normal. VitB12 is 100. Can it be serious health issue. I have been suffering from lip drieness and very tiny bumps on lip border also for several months. Is VitB12 deficiency the reason for all these problems?

Hi vitamin b 12 is related to neurological or nervous system related .. found in most animal derived foods, including fish and shellfish, meat , poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products...adding these in your diet will help
