Vertigo, vomiting
Hello I have vertigo last 2 years I done many test like CT scan of head, CT scan of neck, mri and all type of blood test but all reports are normal. and recently I done blood test of vitamin D3 and it's report is Vitamin D3 deficiency. But I have also problem in my right ear like ringing and hearing loss and sometime I feel little pain in ear and around ear. I taken many medicine but my vertigo is not curing please advise me that how I can overcome.

It is very sad that you ate using supplements in this young age of yours.
And also it is very good that you're taking supplements. Since you also said that you're having ringing sensation in your ear and also pain. Then it must be evaluated by a specialist who knows very well about it. You need to consult a ENT specialist for your further evaluation.
