Hello there...., If you have a pain that causes you minor discomfort, but doesn't affect your fertility, you might try the following for pain relief: Take over-the-counter painkillers, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen......Wear an athletic supporter to relieve pressure.....Kindly consult Urologist for further evaluation amd treatment, as it could be a recurrence of varicocele ....
