Hello there we undertsand your feeling and your condition.
Venous thrombosis at that young age is very unusual but then it is good that you are not having any problems with it. But commonly in people with venous thrombosis there would be swelling and pain while walking, it seems that you have collaterals for bloods draining since you have no pain. Just have a consult with a vascular surgeon and seek his advice. He shall give you right advice.
