I am surprised how you have diagnosed the condition. Most doctors fail to do so. Meet a gynecologist and seek treatment. Vaginismus is involuntary contraction of pelvic muscles which prevents penis from entering vagina at sex. It is more of fear oriented spasm than real muscular condition. It involves learning relaxation techniques along with successive gradually entering the vagina. Initially well lubricated finger of the patient herself is tried or if patient feels uncomfortable, least sized vagina dilator can be used and then the process continues over a long time till vaginal penetration is possible by penis
