Usually have constipitation since year
My constipitation is approx an year old.
initially when I use to take some medicine it goes off .
but by the time now everyday I have to take Dabur nature care isabgol .
I have a small pimple type wart at my anus point
till the time I take isabgol I get normal stool . but if one day I don't take isabgol ,the stool get harder

I can understand your concern.
Since your diet isn't containing proper amount of fiber, you have to take it in form of medicine.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
