Urinating while sex
From last few days I am facing urinating problem during sexual intercourse.And yesterday when I had sex with my partner I came out as if I was urinating. And from that time I am having pain in my lower abdominal and back pain. I am not able to pass the urine to the fullest. Every time I pass urine I feel it's not yet completed.
Please help me with this issue.

Avoid masturbation totally.. If any
Reduce frequency of sex for few days
Use some lubricant like vaseline jelly during intercourse regularly
