Urinary Infection
I feel very itchy around the vaginal area and this area gets swollen at night. This itchiness is there near the anal area as well. I am unable to sleep at night because if itchiness and I feel very tired as well. I got severe pain near my lumbar region few days back and took medicine to reduce the pain. Please do tell me what medications to take for the same.

The itching and swelling might be because of infection in your vagina , or may be due to worms in your food tract. So the best option is you visit a doctor and let him/her have a look. And if you are married, you need to take your partner also. Because if the infection is in the vagina,then your husband will also need treatment.
