Hello,dantrolen is prescribed in malignant hyperthermia ,you can only change the company , ask for some other companies medicine . Cannot change the medicine itself , if you ask for dantrolen in prescribed dosage of any pharmaceutical company , If you don't get tell the same to treating doctor.
