Urethral discharge in men
Purulent urethral discharge(lyt yelow)from 5months,used azithromycin250 mg bd for 10 days n cephalexin500mg bd.relieved but from 40days again little discharge is coming,when I pull foreskin i c discharge present over glans.from 10days i notice diffuse red lesions over glans,not painful,rarely itchy.had sex with few men

Hi, diffuse red lesions over glans penis are due various causes namely: Herpes simplex, Secondary syphilis, eczema, aphthous ulcers, pemphigus, behcets disease, reiters syndrome etc..., Kindly consult your Dermatologist....
