Upper left abdomen pain
I feel pain in upper left abdomen after dinner. So far it has not been severe and it often ends up in a burning sensation. Please advise.

Hi, symptoms are suggestive of Gastritis. Avoid problem foods. If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them. These may include alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas, medications that contain caffeine, dairy products, and sugar-free sweeteners such as sorbitol or mannitol. Hello peptic ulcer disease or severe gastritis should be ruled out Drink plenty of water Avoid spicy food smoking and alcohol Have food on time Take more fruits and green leafy vegetables Have food atleast 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep consult physician or gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
