Hello peptic ulcer disease or severe gastritis should be ruled out
Drink plenty of water
Avoid spicy food smoking and alcohol
Have food on time
Take more fruits and green leafy vegetables
Have food atleast 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep consult physician or gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
