No. Unwanted 72 is a emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) By that it is meant for those patients in whon sexual encounter is sporadic or rare.
You are recently married so there is a high possibility of frequent sex.
ECP have high hormonal content and if taken it makes one have menses within 7_15 days.
If a person were to use this more than once, or regularly, it will play havoc with your menses.

Seek help from Gynecologist. use regular contraceptive pill of 21-28 days. Meet a gynecologist to know how to use pill.
