Hi there...An unexplained drop in weight could be caused by various conditions including overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), diabetes, depression, liver disease, cancer or disorders that interfere with how your body absorbs nutrients (malabsorption disorders)...Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
Any drastic decrease of 5 % of body weight is significant .if you really lost 10 kg without any disease or without any intention to lose weight during 3 months.then you really need further evaluation.
Next Steps
please visit general physician in a hospital with good infrastructure as soon as possible
