Since birth my family n me we eat lots of medicines as we fall sick every now and then major or minor issues.but my growing years is being worse than hell m depressed since then. I hate my body completely my waist line is bigger than my shoulder area . My thighs are wide but legs are very thin. My bra size is 34 and breasts are sagged due to which my back always pain i have got hunch at back i cant walk straight with all these whatever i wear look funny on me i cant wear skin fit due to breasts if wore loose it looks like hanged clothes on hanger i feel low all the time and confidence is at 0 when it turns to be in public my parents are orthodox too. I too dont want such heavy breasts it looks so funny everyone be it a small kid to a aged person first looks my chest area only girls make fun of me. Parents dont let me wear what i want to i wear Pls help m so depressed i want proper toned body or atleast minimal breasts i dont want operation fmly is poor .is there any excerises ,yoga?

The following tips help one to maintain food and sleep time and overall health holistically including weight and depression regarding people's attitude towards you : I am also suggesting you an effective meditation process which you will find very helpful for your weight and depression about people's attitude towards you : Do you eat non-vegetarian foods? If yes, then you should strictly avoid non-vegetarian foods as they increase weight and other problems too, A) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work/study or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. And take milk in night before sleeping. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process. Mantra meditation is a process recommended for this age for overall wellbeing. This process automatically improves learning power and concentration. In fact, it is the key process for making the human life successful as it re-awakens the natural blissful state. Mantra meditation simply means chanting the names of God with love and devotion. Early morning time is best suited for mantra meditation. Non-vegetarian foods are not natural for human body and can cause lot of harm in long run such as high cholesterol levels , obesity , blood pressure , heart problems , blood vessels damage and similar many problems, In fact , it is scientifically proved that Humans are biologically herbivores ( vegetarians ) , so eating non-vegetarian is against law of nature for Human beings. Regarding protein sources , many vegetarian foods provide ample quantity of proteins like lentils , beans , pulses , peas , milk , paneer. Vegetarian foods are best for your overall health. Please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables , salty foods , spicy foods , long preserved , frozen foods , junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. In addition , walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. It has been scientifically proved that "transcendental meditation" and chanting are great for physical and mental well being and help to regulate habits of foods and lifestyle. So it is essential that you do meditation and chanting regularly. Transcendental meditation works nice on self.
