Uneasiness, weak and drow

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I don't know exactly what happened to me. Sometimes my stomach will be gassy type , become weak by leg palm and feel drowsy. Many kind of questions are moving in my head that what happened to me.please suggest me what to do or this is any kind of dangerous disease symptoms.please help me out.
