Uneasiness in playing.
While playing football, there is a sensation of undigested food. Unable to run efficiently and have a burning sensation inside my stomach and even burps coming due to gas being formed. These days I generally have gastric problems as I tend to pass gas very frequently during the day, even if I am on a low diet the whole day. I even make sure that I don't consume anything 3-4 hours before the football game then too the same unpleasant experience. I am trying few home remedies like mint, ginger, garlic, Asafetida, Turmeric, curd, yogurt etc. Hope it would work and get some good results.
