Please tell me the onset of your problem... Is it  undescended from your childhood or between one and ten years or after puberty?
Next Steps
Management of this problem in this age is difficult but some surgical options are there like testicular removal (orchidectomy) or surgery to bring the testis into the scrotum (orchidopexy).

HELLO, IT'S A CONGENITAL ANAMOLY. IN WOBM THE TESTICLES WERE IN MID ABDOMEN ATTACHED TO ONE STRETCHABLE LIGAMENT OF GUBERNECULUM, WHICH CONTRACT N RELAX SO AS THE TESTICLES DESEND IN SCROTUM TILL BIRTH,BUT IN SOME THIS MECHANISM FAILED SO THEY REMAINS IN STOMAC,OR ANYWHERE IN PATH. SO SURGICALLY THEY R PUT IN SCROTUM, SO IT SHOULD REMAIN ACTIVE IE SPERM PRODUCTION. IF U R LATE,IT BECOMES NON FUNCTIONAL. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. OK.
