Underarms smells a lot
My underarms smells a lot.I daily take 2 times bath.I am overweight. I have hypothyroidism, I am taking medicine.I drinks lots of water daily. I use body spray but the smell still remains.what should I do.pls suggest me..

Hello... You must bath daily... There is number of sweat glands present in body, they should open up. Don't use tight synthetic clothes... It prevents sweating and can lead to infection... More chance of fungal infection it area is moist for long period of time and keep area dry, use some talc powder
