Unable to have full movement of hand
Before 23 days I got fell down from activa. Now I am unable to have full movement of hand. Doctor says that there is no fracture as per x-ray,but may be a minor fracture in shoulder joint. I have no swelling or pain in normal condition.

Next Steps
Take mild painkillers, apply a hot water bag 10min twice a day and start shoulder range of motion exercises from a physiotherapist...if the pain is not relieved, u may need an mri
