I m suffering from UC . Can Ayurvedic cure me or control better than English medicine , my health is getting worst .

Ayurved has very nice medicines for Ulcerative colitis .
Start buttermilk in both meal.
Don't eat outside food.
Strictly avoid contaminated water.
Do pavanmuktasan & vajrasana under observation.
