Hello team,
My mother slipped and has badly injured her spine.this was a week ago and we are confused.We have done MRI SCAN and the report states that its a fracture of D11vertebra with marrow oedema;mild retropulsion is intending the dural sac, cord not compressed. rest included in report. pls urgently recommend.

propulsion means unstable spine ,requires stabilization , it is better to examine clinically for neurological involvement and to decide for stabilization and fixation,consult orthopedic surgeon he will suggest
